Cancellation &Refund Policy

At Manos de Seda Nail Studio, we reserve dedicated time for every appointment. Our cancellation and refund policy helps us manage our schedule fairly while respecting the time of our clients and our nail artists.

A 20% deposit of the selected service price is required to secure an appointment. By completing your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, your 20% deposit may be transferred to a new appointment or refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations.

For late cancellations, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.

When possible, we may allow the deposit to be transferred to a new appointment at our discretion. Additional restrictions may apply.

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us in advance, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

The 20% deposit will be forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to make future appointments or may require a higher deposit for future bookings.

If you need to change the date or time of your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

When the request is made at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.

Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Repeated rescheduling requests may be subject to additional restrictions.

We understand that unexpected situations may occur. Manos de Seda Nail Studio allows a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or shorten the service, reschedule the appointment, or cancel the appointment depending on our schedule and the service booked.

If an appointment must be cancelled due to a late arrival of more than 15 minutes, the deposit may be forfeited.

In the event that Manos de Seda Nail Studio needs to cancel an appointment due to circumstances on our side, the client will be offered the option to reschedule the appointment or receive a full refund of the deposit.

If a refund is requested, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the deposit.

Eligible refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used when the appointment was booked.

Because online deposits are processed through Stripe, the time required for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on Stripe and your financial institution.

Manos de Seda Nail Studio does not control the processing time of your bank or card issuer.

Online deposits are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

Manos de Seda Nail Studio does not directly store complete credit or debit card information in our own systems.

Refunds are initiated through the applicable payment system and may be subject to Stripe's processing procedures and the policies of the financial institution associated with the payment method.

If you request a different or additional service after your appointment has already been booked, the final price may change.

Additional services or upgrades may require an additional payment at the studio.

The original deposit will remain associated with the appointment unless the appointment is cancelled or otherwise handled under this policy.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur.

If you experience an emergency or circumstances outside of your reasonable control, please contact us as soon as possible.

Special circumstances may be reviewed individually at the discretion of Manos de Seda Nail Studio.
